How would you explain your research in 3 sentences to someone who is not in Science?
My work is based on Yoga and memory in Prisoners. I am looking the effect of Yoga on stress and cognition in prisoners. Also effect of Yoga in their personality and quality of life.

I am punctual, honest, creative, sincere, co-operative, optimistic person. I am eagerness to learn new skills and implement previous knowledge for self-improvement. I love travelling, writing poem, Yoga practice and listening to song.
About your work?
Standard Yoga protocol will be introduced to prisoners. Neuropsychological, biochemical and molecular analysis will be done before and after the intervention. The comparison will be carried out done between pre- and post-assessments as well as between Yoga and control group. I will investigate the effect of Yoga on stem cells by transplanting them into animal model of memory loss.
